Spring Layout
I was in the mood to do a digi layout tonight, so I sorted through some pictures and came up with this. Of course I didn't work on any of my backlog because I wanted to do something current, but every little bit counts, right?
This layout was from a little road trip we took last weekend. I'm taking the PRAXIS exam Saturday so I can convince Idaho that I'm competent enough to teach here. You know, because my California credential isn't good enough. That just burns my butt, but what can I do? Anyway, that doesn't explain the road trip, does it? I have to be at the testing center at 7:30 a.m. and I'm not the most navigationally gifted person on the planet, so we drove to the parking lot of the testing center and then stored the location in my GPS. I am a cheater. Well, except on tests. Wish me luck.
CRACKING UP over the name of the lake!!!!
ReplyDeleteGood Luck!
ReplyDeleteI love the picture of them from the back. I have one of my two older kids. For some reason it is one picture that makes me almost cry when I look at it. They grow up so fast!
We love to go for weekend drives. Those are the best. We never know where we will stop and what we will do.
Again, good luck!
Cute, cute layout....and I wish you the best of luck with your test, neighbor!

I love the layout! Good luck with your test!
ReplyDeleteLOL at the name of the lake too and the overly prepared boy scout. lol
ReplyDeleteAnother great layout:-)
ReplyDeleteGood luck on the test, Jill. By the way, did PeanutHead think he was going on a three-day hike with all that gear???
ReplyDeleteThat lake name is hilarious!! Yep, he is definitely prepared...hehehe
ReplyDeleteI am wishing you the BEST of luck on your test!
Good luck on the test. Smart idea finding it before the test, that would be the last thing you would need to be stressing over finding it before you took the test.
ReplyDeleteI wish you the best of luck on Saturday but you won't need it! With your creativity, talent, generosity and sense of humor you are tailor made for teaching!
ReplyDeleteIts probably a good thing in general to question California, just not in your case! ;0)
very nice I so have to learn how to do that
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you got a little scrapping done. I always feel a little sense of accomplishment when I get one done, whether it is old or new photos. Love the green and blue in your LO!
