I have a super easy and fast recipe to share with you today. It's a Key Lime Pie for cheaters, like me, and this is all you need to make it.
1 graham cracker pie crust,
1 14-0z. can of sweetened condensed milk,
6 oz. of frozen limeade concentrate (half of that can you see there),
1 C heavy whipping cream,
green food color (optional), and
the zest of 1 lime.
Are you up for it?
Whip it all together, well except for the pie crust and the lime.
Spread it in the crust.
Sprinkle the zest on top of the pie and serve. Easy peasy, key lime pie.

ReplyDeleteI have made my weight watchers Key lime pie so many times and I didn't think it got any easier then that - but this looks mighty easy and mighty YUMMY! This is our whole family's favorite pie! I will be putting this on the "Must Try" list! Thanks!
