Artichoke Chile Cheese Dip


You might not want to make this recipe. You'll curse me for it if you do because you won't be able to stop eating it.

Oh heck, don't even make it. It's nasty and you'll hate it.

Or not.


But if you decide you do want to make it, these are all the ingredients you'll need: mayonnaise, artichoke hearts, Monterey Jack cheese, and jalapeno peppers.


I got this recipe years ago from my BFF at the time, Velveeta. Well, her name's not really Velveeta, it's Elvia (not Elvira). You may have noticed that I like to give people new names?

They like it. I like it. Everyone wins.

Anyway, go make this dip, it's super easy. Make it, then hide in a closet with it so you don't have to share.
